We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Kariella has a physical presence, we are currently only located in Bend, Oregon where no sales tax applies.

We are not obligated to, and do not, collect Colorado or Oklahoma sales tax. Your purchase is subject to Colorado or Oklahoma sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The States of Colorado and Oklahoma require that the taxpayer file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 2-3 days to process. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

As of now we ship orders to all of the 50 US States. Should you have a special shipping request please call us at 541-633-7295 and we will try to accomidate you best we can.

• Our base shipping rate is $7.95 for the first item.
• Each additional item added to the order is an additional $1.00 for shipping.

Standard Shipping is USPS Priority Mail 2-5 days. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package.

At this time we are not set up to ship internationally.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.

We will gladly accept exchanges with the original reciept. All items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with the tags attached, for EXCHANGE within 30 days from the shipping date or within 15 days for in store purchases. Items MUST be in original condition. All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. In a rare instance you receive a damaged item please contact us at 541-633-7295. All jewelry, accessories, swimwear, undergarments and sale items are Final Sale.

At this time all items must be returned in the fashion they were purchased as sales for the website and store are processed differently.

Most of our clothing lines run XS-L. Our sizing tends to be more on a junior sizing scale with a XS = Size 0, S = Size 2, M = Size 4-6, L = Size 8. We do our best to notate any irregular sizing on each individual style on the product details page along with listing the measurements of each item.
